Hours

CCS Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. Treatment Services by appointment are offered from 7:00a.m. – 9:00p.m. Monday through Friday. Crisis Services are available 24 hours per day.

Confidentiality

All CCS services are private and confidential as required by State and Federal law. Information regarding consumers is not released without written permission from the consumer. There are some exceptions to confidentiality specifically in the areas of health and safety to children.

Fees

We accept MEDICAID (medical coupons). We are able to aid consumers in billing private insurance. For those persons with partial or no insurance, fees are charged on a sliding scale based upon a person’s ability to pay. No one is refused services because they are unable to pay.

Staff

CCS is staffed by individuals with a variety of educational backgrounds and specialty fields. Among these are psychiatrists, degreed therapists, Qualified Chemical Dependency Counselors, and other professionally trained staff. Staff are carefully chosen and continuing professional training and education are required. Services provided by trained bilingual staff are available to the Hispanic population.
