f you or someone you know may be in a mental health or substance use disorder crisis, no appointment is needed. You can contact us directly by phone or in person and you will be immediately connected with one of our highly trained on-call Designated Crisis Responders (DCRs). Our DCRs are available 24/7 and will evaluate you to stabilize and crisis plan or determine if voluntary or involuntary hospitalization is necessary.

To schedule an appointment, please contact our office by phone or in person during regular business hours and our front desk staff will be happy to assist you in setting up an appointment with the appropriate department for which you are seeking services for.

We accept PROVIDER 1 (Medicaid). We are able to aid consumers in billing private insurance. For those persons with no insurance, fees are charged on a sliding scale based on individual’s ability to pay. No one is refused services because they are unable to pay.
