The Adams County Auditor’s Office is accepting applications for the Recording Deputy position in Ritzville. The Recording Deputy is responsible for recording land transactions and other legal documents. This is a 35 hour-per week, full-time position, with benefits. This position requires knowledge and experience with computers and programs especially Word and Excel, 10 key entry and the ability to learn other duties as required. Must be able to type accurately, be a high school graduate or equivalent, as well as have neat penmanship, good grammar and spelling skills. Bilingual skills are desirable but not required. This position is classified at Range Six (6) of the 2018 Adams County Salary Structure, with a beginning salary of $12.55 to $14.30 depending on experience and/or qualifications.
