The Probation department monitors conditions of sentence ordered by the Adams County District Court Judge(s).

The probation officer will review with the individual the specific probation requirements that are listed on their Judgement and Sentence. Individuals given an appointment must report to probation on the date provided by the Court or probation officer. If for any reason the individual is unable to attend his/her scheduled appointment, he/she must call the office and re-schedule the appointment

- Treatment Agency list for Drug/Alcohol assessment, Victim Panel, Domestic Violence, Anger Management, or Mental Health.
- Restitution payment could be in the form of cash, card, cashier’s check, or money order. Any payment could be also be mailed to the Adams County District Court or paid directly at the district court window within the Adams County Public Services Building.
- Questions about your driver’s license, Ignition Interlock requirements, or SR22 insurance, contact DOL at 360-902-3630.
- Have specific questions about fines, you may need to talk to the court clerks directly. Clerks are available at 509-488-3935, or by email at districtcourt-othello@co.adams.wa.us.
