Public Records Disclosure Policy
Adams County District Court Ritzville is committed to providing information to the public while also protecting against disclosing confidential information. The Court will assist the public by making records available that are not specifically exempt by statute.
The Public Records Act (PRA) requires that all public records maintained by state and local agencies be made available to all members of the public, with very narrow statutory exemptions. For more details of exemptions or prohibitions please review General Rule 31, RCW 42.56.230 and RCW 42.56.210 and RCW 42.56.070.
How to Request Records
A request for public records can be initiated:

and in person Monday- Friday between the hours of 8:30a.m.-12:00p.m.
and 1:00p.m.- 4:30p.m.

No, a Court can only provide access to their own records.
