The Elections Department administers all federal, state and local elections in Adams County, registers voters, maintains voter registration records, and provides voter information. 

All voters will receive their ballots in the mail. On Election Day only, the courthouse will be open for ballot drop-off and use of accessible voting equipment between 8:30 A.M. and 8:00 P.M.

Novermber 3, 2020 is Election Day

October 9 - Ballots will be mailed to voters for the November 3 General Election.

Ballots will be mailed to all registered voters.  Voters do not need to call and request a ballot.

Ballots must be returned or postmarked no later than November 3. Postage stamp not required. We also offer ballot drop boxes for your convenience at the following locations:

City of Ritzville – (outside City Hall) 216 E. Main, Ritzville
Town of Washtucna (outside City Hall)- 165 S. Main St., Washtucna
Town of Lind (outside City Hall) - 116 ½ W. 2nd St., Lind
Adams County Public Services Building – (outside of front entrance) 425 E. Main St., Othello
