The Facilities Division provides ongoing maintenance and custodial services for county-owned buildings and grounds so that county employees, county residents and the general public have access to clean and safe facilities.
Adams County facilities include six county shops across the county; two transfer station sites; the Adams County fairgrounds in Othello; Adams County Public Services Building in Othello; the Public Works and Department of Health buildings in Ritzville; both Othello and Ritzville Sheriff's buildings; and the Adams County Courthouse in Ritzville.
The following facilities are available for reservation by the public:
- Fairgrounds Buildings and Outdoor Facilities in Othello
- Public Works Conference Room in Ritzville
