Adams County invites applications for an Emergency Management Director. This is a full-time, benefited position located in Othello, WA with a starting monthly salary between $5,394.37 - $5,664.09 DOQ. This position is an at-will, professional management position responsible for the performance, administration, supervision, and day to day operations of the Adams County Emergency Management Department in accordance with the Washington State Comprehensive Emergency Plan, Revised Code of Washington, and all applicable Washington Administration Codes. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in emergency management, business, public administration, or closely related field, five (5) years of work experience in Emergency Management, a valid Washington State Driver’s License, and effective expression of ideas through oral and written communications. Education and experience requirements may be substituted.
