Adams County invites applications for a Human Resource Manager. This is a full-time position located in Ritzville, WA with benefits that include paid annual leave, paid sick leave, paid holidays, County contributed health insurance, and participation in a County contributed state retirement plan. The full monthly salary range of this position is $6,432.00 - $7,818.13. Initial hiring placement is based on qualifications.
This position is an at-will, professional management position responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, and administration of the Adams County Human Resource programs, policies, and services. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related discipline, two (2) years of work experience in a similar position, and a valid Washington State Driver’s License. These requirements may be substituted by a satisfactory combination of education, experience, and training which provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of this position.
